THE WIDE RANGE OF OMC LOADING ARMS IS SUITABLE FOR MANY DESTINATIONS OF USE
As articulated transfer systems, loading arms are configurable for loading or unloading, from the top or from the bottom, of liquid products into tank trucks or rail tanks. Our production range includes equipment for the petroleum, chemical and petrochemical industries for the transfer of hydrocarbons, industrial fluids, liquid gases, beverages, aircraft refueling and chemical products.
Our loading arms are currently installed and in service all over the world. Their large-scale use is determined by the variety of construction materials such as normalized carbon steel for low temperatures, AISI 316-L or AISI 304-L stainless steel, superalloys such as Duplex and Hastelloy and primary aluminum alloys. Likewise, the sealing materials give versatility to our range of swivel joints, which can be used with aggressive products or under particular operating conditions: nitrile rubber (NBR), hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR), Viton® (FKM), Teflon® (PTFE) and Kalrez ® (FFKM).
We are the first to be engaged in producing liquid transfer systems for this sector in Italy and we have been one of the main manufacturers worldwide since 1965. The constant commitment to research and development of new products, always aimed at respecting and increasing environmental protection, has allowed us to produce over 30,000 loading arms, many of which are currently in all corners of the world.
In compliance with European sector regulations, our loading arms are certified according to the applicable European directives and supplied with the relative use and maintenance manual. After testing, each loading arm comes with a complete inspection book comprising material certificates according to EN 10204 type 3.1, declarations of conformity to the PED, ATEX and Machinery directives (where applicable), as well as reports of any non-destructive tests requested by the customer (RT, LP and PMI).
